Yep, terrorism.
Seems he scared some people. "Terrorized" them, in fact.
A West Virginia man arrested while running in desert camouflage with an AR-15 training rifle is a member of the Virginia National Guard who served a tour of duty in Iraq, and his father says he’s not a terrorist.
Seems he was running with his gear. That doesn't appear to be illegal, although maybe there are people who wish it was. But unfortunately, he managed to run too "near" to a school, hence violating a national law that prohibits guns near public schools.
Now he is stuck in jail, instead of training for his next mission protecting us from terrorists.
Meanwhile, the Obama administraion keeps looking for ways to release real terrorists.

Really? You don't think this was a logical preventive step by law enforcement to make sure he wasn't about to do some real damage? After Aurora I can't blame them for picking the guy up, since they don't have any way of knowing he was a Guard troop and carrying a pellet gun until they do. And I'd hate to be the patrol officer who saw the guy, did nothing, and later had to race to the scene of a shooting he could have stopped.
And by the way, care to back up the "Obama administraion keeps looking for ways to release real terrorists" crack? You guys love to throw out unsubstantiated general charges like this - love to see your evidence showing that it's true.
Detaining a guy? Sure. Arresting him and charging him with terrorism, after you have a chance to check out who he is and what he was doing? That's the issue here.
Given the definition of "terrorism" used by the administration in this case, it's easy to find cases of Obama looking to release terrorists. For example, dropping charges against the guys holding bats in front of a polling place, which terrorized people coming to vote.

It's not unsubstantiated when the administration acknowledges it. No matter how often Obama supporters balk at us citing the administration as an authoritative source on what the administration wants to do.
